How to use?

• After washing hands with warm water or taking a bath, wear spa gel gloves for about 20-30 minutes.
• we recommend that these gloves be worn 2-3times per week ,if desired ,can be worn overnight .
• Remove them at least 3-4hours daily to allow skin to breathe
